Cielo Sulla Terra’s unique microclimate produces wines like no other. Come, sip, and savor each vintage in the newly remodeled tasting room of our boutique, eight-acre winery. We nurture nine varietals of reds, from Sangiovese to Cabernet Sauvignon, each vine tended to with the goal of embracing organic, biodynamic, and earth-friendly practices.

This estate-grown Bordeaux-style blend showcases balance, elegance, and depth. Aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry, and ripe plum lead the way, complemented by subtle layers of dried herbs, graphite, and vanilla.
On the palate, the Cabernet Sauvignon brings structure and rich dark fruit, while the Cabernet Franc adds lifted aromatics, spice, and savory complexity. The Merlot contributes a supple, rounded texture, softening the edges and enhancing the wine’s plush mid-palate. Flavors of blackberry, cassis, and red currant mingle with hints of cedar, cocoa, and a touch of tobacco leaf.

Deep, inky, and intensely aromatic, this Petite Sirah bursts with blackberry, blueberry, and dark plum on the nose, accented by hints of lavender, black pepper, and cocoa powder.
The palate is bold and full-bodied, offering layers of blackcurrant, ripe boysenberry, and dark chocolate. Firm yet polished tannins provide structure, while well-balanced acidity keeps the richness lively. Notes of espresso, vanilla, and toasted oak add depth and warmth as the wine opens.
